How an 8th Grade Math Teacher Infuses Coding in Algebra

Matthew Gustavino from New York, who is a different teacher than the one in the tutorial, infuses algebra, language arts essay writing, coding, and game design and then his students hold a gaming showcase where students and parents may test out the created games and essays are displayed.

The coding language is called racket, which is kind of like Python and html, but easier.  Students get the pictures for their games from Google Images.  Then, once lesson plans and instructions are accessed from bootstrap, they use the following platform to create, test, and publish their games: http://wescheme.org/
